Shipping Status
We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! All orders placed before 2pm (Pacific Time) on a business day will be shipped out that same day; otherwise, your order will ship the next business day.
Please note that during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in getting your order shipped out.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled on the same day they are placed;
- After 24 hours, your order enters our shipping process and can no longer be cancelled;
- To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@clotheshomes.com and we'll do our best to process it before it ships.
Update
We have temporarily suspended shipping to the following destinations: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Israel. Thank you for your understanding.
International Customers Please Note
If you select the Standard shipping option, there could be a delay of 3–4 business days from the time of dispatch (when you receive your tracking email) to when the courier actually collects the parcel. Please consider this when placing your order, as transit times are estimated based on the pickup date.
Express shipments are picked up every day.
Delivery Time
Once a package has left our warehouse, we have very limited control over it. The delivery times listed above are only estimates. Clotheshomes™ is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods, and cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave it. If not, a notice will be left in your mailbox with instructions for arranging re-delivery or picking up your parcel at the local post office.
If you have not received your package within 15 business days (USA or Australia) or 30 business days (all other countries) of placing your order, please contact us at support@clotheshomes.com and our team will investigate.
